NBA Playoffs: Game 1

The first games of the NBA playoffs are underway and so far their has been no major upsets to speak of even though games have been close the eventual better team has won, except for the Denver-Golden State Series.
Denver was at home so it would have been easy to call them the favorite in this game and that is true but they had the most competitive game of the first round because of 3-point guru Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors.
If Andre Miller doesn't go off for 28 points off the bench including the eventual game winner with a second left them Denver most likely loses this game.
The other first round series will all end up going maybe five games with the exception of New York and Boston which could go six.
The Nuggets and Warriors will battle every night and this series is going seven  games because that is just how I see the two teams playing out.

The NBA is now in its exciting phase of the season. The first 82 games are fun but they are no where near as competitive as the playoffs.
