NCAA Championship goes to Louisville

The Louisville Cardinals are your 2013 NCAA National Champions.

How it was won:
The Cardinals were down 12 points in the first half thanks in large part to the three point shooting of one Steve Albrecht but then the three point shooting of Michigan went cold and that was that.
The game however was close the entire second half but the game and the momentum really changed on one call and that was the foul of Trey Burke with 5:09 to play.
With the Wolverines down three Peyton Siva got the ball on a fast break and went up for what looked like an easy layup but Burke came up and made a huge block on Siva that actually pinned the ball on the backboard. The refs called a foul on Burke and Siva hit two free throws and that was the closest the Wolverines would get the rest of the game.
The refs are not suppose to decided games and they didn't because Michigan had their chances after the botched foul call but that changed the momentum and the game.

The Cardinals really changed the atmosphere after half time by going inside and thats what changed the game and ultimately gave them the win.
